Who Qualifies for Ford X-Plan?
X-Plan is a Ford vehicle pricing incentive available to select employees of preferred business partners at Ford Motor Company. A Partner Recognition employee or retiree may generate up to two (2) PINs per calendar year to be used to purchase or lease a vehicle for themselves or a member of their household as described below.
- Full-time, part-time, and contract employees of specific organizations or groups (suppliers fleets, etc.)
- Residents living in the same household as those listed above (driver’s license required to prove residency)
How Does Ford X-Plan Pricing Work?
- An eligible employee obtains the organization’s Partner Recognition PIN by calling 1-877-XPLAN-00.
- Visit a local Ford dealer to identify as a Ford AXZ Plan participant or partner to receive the qualifying discount.
- Select a participating vehicle from current inventory on the lot or custom order a new eligible Ford Car, Truck, or SUV
- Arrange for delivery or pick up through the dealership

Ford X-Plan is available to eligible Ford Partner partners. This Ford employee incentive will allow you to purchase or custom order your next Ford Expedition, Escape, Edge, Explorer, Bronco Sport, and more.
